The mirror has the brass frame with the top and bottom embelishments and the glass is bevel edged , and to the rear it is tin backed , it comes complete with hanging chain , it measures about 70cm (27.1/2″) wide and about 42cm (16.1/2″)high and this is excluding the top and bottom embellishments. The condition is old used but good with light wear to mirroring on its extremities in places.
