Nice antique cast iron heat grate vent with louvers. Nice decorative design, with florals and cat tails throughout. Has some white paint splatters and mostly surface rust. The louvers do function as they should, and has the adjusting knob, however it only closes about 90% of the way. Please look over the pictures below and ask question when needed.
