Antique French Bergere Cane Back Chairs. A beautiful set of 4 elegant ornate, French bergere cane back chairs. Hand painted & reupholstered with a french scripture fabric. These antique high back chairs have been hand painted using quality matt finish paints in a soft white colour. The tone is a neutral shade that can sit well in a range of interior colour schemes. I have also sealed the chairs with an Annie Sloan clear wax that provides added protection and durability to furniture. The seats are padded and very comfy in which I have replaced all inner materials and reupholstered the seats with a beautiful French scripture design fabric which works well on these fabulous antique chairs. All the chairs have been lovingly restored for a whole new look and style. The chairs are antique and may show signs of a natural patina from a previous life which is expected with the age of the chairs. Chair Heights : 103 cm.
