One a ntique to vintage Chinese embroidered silk child’s festival hat. Sewn on hat charms and bells. Probably silver but not tested so not guaranteed. Lots of jangling bell sounds when moved. Good condition- minor wear, missing part of silk piece hanging in back (see picture #9, bottom). Measures 5 3/4 inches wide and 8 1/2 inches tall. See my other hat and other Chinese antiques.
